Polka Dots & Chocolate Milk

My mom is in town for the weekend, and the one place to visit is Hershey. We went to the museum and chocolate world and looked around at the history of Hershey. We also went to ride the one free ride, but it broke down while we were on it and we had to walk out.

Old Hershey products from way back when.

We also ate in downtown Harrisburg at Cafe Fresco. I had a delicious pizza. The place was really pretty inside and I would definitely go back, but still, I can't seem to find any food here that I have fallen in love with as much as anything back home or in Florida.

This was my outfit today. I love this dress, but the boning is coming out, which is really sad. I wore it on our honeymoon, to Hawaii, and to my college's 'prom' so to speak. I love this dress. Please excuse my awkward smile. I was trying to explain to my mom how to use my camera. Handing people the 60D isn't easy, it's kind of a beast of a camera with a large lens on it.

  2. I am loving the dress (polka dots are awesome) but my most loved item is actually those shoes...the green accents are SO CUTE and they are such chic flats. Looks like you guys had fun (sorry about the ride, haha)...nothing having to do with chocolate can be too bad, right?!

  6. Mmm... this post is making me hungry! And you look so adorable in that dress.

I've never seen Elizabethtown, but I absolutely love Cameron Crowe. Almost Famous and Say Anything are two of my top ten faves. I'll have to check it out!

  15. I have always wanted to go to the Hershey museum. I heard the whole town smells like chocolate? That is such a bummer the ride broke though.

It looks like you had a fun outing.

  16. I love your adorable inspiring style, Katherine! I've developed a thing for polka dots too this past year. I actually just got a polka dot dress at Charlotte Russe and realized how many polka dot things I have now! AND I also love how you include Teemo in your photos! -Jessica
