Drifting Through

I tried using a date card for puppy walk in the park and the photo shoot activity card from Jason's Valentine's day gift to me. We ventured over to the old, beautiful chapel that we used to walk past every day when we lived in Cincinnati. I swear though, being back here made Raynor transform into the crazy puppy she used to be and these were SO difficult to take. I think we still managed to do a pretty good job, especially since her and her new leash were being photographed! My friend Rachael from college has an awesome dog collar business called Mattie & Margot, and she is starting to produce leashes! I am testing this one for her before release - don't you just love the color?

We had a wonderful day. We ate at Otto's, an old favorite of mine, but ever since they stopped selling the dish I loved (fried goat cheese), I have never loved it as much. We went shopping, then picked up our friend and spent the evening at 50 West Brewing Company (again) and trying out a new pizza place. We ended up at my friends beautiful new castle of a home. I am always impressed with how together my friend Becki is these days - she never fails to amaze me.

  3. These are great shots!! Don't you hate it when the pups are being difficult?! Anytime Duke spots another puppy he looses his mind.
I love this skirt, it's so summery and pretty, and that top is really lovely! Sounds like a wonderful day :)

  7. Glad I'm not the only one who has a pup that gets super excited whenever brought to new places! Haha, but I still think you got so many awesome shots. That hot pink leash is too cute! My dog gnaws on leashes, so pretty leashes aren't really something we get for him... haha! But yours is so exciting and different.

Also, your fox ring is so so cute, Katherine! And your skirt reminds me of a porcelain tea set. :)

  8. I love that skirt! My dog is so hard to photograph...she's always moving around! lol. And I always somehow manage to get her with her tongue sticking out!

  9. Haha, it's almost unfair that you have such photographic companions to pose with! Seriously though, looks like a really fabulous day out -- and I adore your skirt!

Your puppies are always so cute.

  16. Love the bag, so cute! I tried to make one with a moose silhouette earlier this month and it turned out less than stellar...maybe your tutorial will shed more light on the process :). I always like to have more animal accessories to play around with.

  19. so cute! I feel like we never see Raynor as much - is it cause she's too hard to photograph, haha? Either way the leash and the dogs and YOU look great. :]]

  22. puppies!! I follow like a bunch of puppy instagrams (can you blame me?) but I'm always welcomed with another dose of puppy love on your blog :) So thanks for that! The bright colors I think fit corgis personalities, since they look like they're smiling. Love the dress, it's so pretty how the print kind of floats up :)

  34. Gorgeous photos, I need to check out your friends leads and collars, Holly and Effy deserve some pretty new ones.
I love how, even though Raynor was in an excitable mood, you still manage to make your dogs look so beautiful and obedient! I've resigned to the fact that Effy will never be good in front of the camera, she always makes the silliest faces and has too short an attention span

  35. Oh my goodness, your coat is so adorable! And those shoes are great too! And Teemo is looking dashing as usual! Looks like you are having a great time in Ohio!
