Years ago, I somehow became a Yelp Elite. I'm actually not sure how this really happened, other than I wrote a lot of reviews in a short period of time because I was freshly out of college and unemployed. I've kept reviewing things thought the years and kept the mark, despite the central Pennsylvania area lacking a Yelp Elite community. When I moved, I started getting event invites! It's been great too - all the travel and eating out we do actually benefits us. We attended a Yelp 10th Anniversary event at a local restaurant and enjoyed some delicious food and cocktails. Free mojitos made with prosecco? Basically my dream come true. Unfortunately, I took like not a single decent photo while at the event - it was really crowded and I had trouble catching a moment where the food stood still enough to snap a photo. Always disappointing, but I'd rather have it in my mouth than on my camera!
Huh,maybe I need to start doing more reviews!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! And that dress is so pretty!

The gold is a fun touch in this dress. Makes so much sense that you do those reviews because you share similar stuff on your blog. So helpful!
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool! Love the necklace! =)
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a fun event. I love the pineapple ring.
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting to get Elite status on Yelp for so long! Sounds like a wonderful experience, and I'm loving your outfit :)

Great outfit post!! I especially love your dress, perfect for the summertime! :) Could you also do a review on Vain Pursuits btw? I'd love to hear what you have to say about them!
ReplyDeleteI've been hearing a lot about Vain Pursuits as well. I'd like to get a second opinion too!
