Deer in the Streetlights

I got back from my little trip to Cincinnati at 8 tonight and have spent most of the night doing laundry, unpacking, and editing photos. I'm tired, mostly because it feels like I never stop, but I had an amazing weekend full of good food, friends, and family.

Eli's BBQ

Eli's BBQ

My parents and I tried a new BBQ place in Cincinnati called Eli's. It was delicious! The inside was adorable and they had a record player and a bunch of records to choose from. And jalapeno cornbread - yum! Too bad they didn't have iced tea as my mom, dad, and I all drink basically only unsweet iced tea.

Chocolate cupcake

I got a chocolate cupcake from the Sweeterie, near my old house. My mom and I had a lot of fun going shopping and buying me all the limited edition Woodchuck I wanted at the big old alcohol store in Newport. Plus, we got my car all tuned up!

Fido Field

My friend Megan & I took our dogs Sally & Teemo to Fido field, a strange dog park that P&G opened in downtown Cincinnati in between a main road and the highway. You can see it's kind of under Interstate 71.

Teemo in the Window

Teemo spent most of his time hanging with my mom & dad in their home. He loves their big bay window.

Deer in the Street Lights

My friends & I ate at Dewey's pizza then had a long night of talking and drinking at Arlin's. Quite enjoyable and well needed for me!

I am laughing at something I'm doing. I get so ecstatic around my friends, and I'm generally a ridiculous person anyhow.
