It's been quite some time since we have visited the Bahamas - and in the past, we have always booked excursions on the islands. We've swam with dolphins and done all the waterslides on Atlantis, so this time we decided to try and explore the island a little, maybe shop a bit, and then retire to the boat. Little did we know, it was Labour day in the Bahamas. So while we caught a few minutes of a pretty killer parade, everything was closed and it just wasn't really the time to be on the island. It kind of felt like crashing someone's wedding, if you know what I mean. Nonetheless, the boat, the Disney Dream, had a decent amount to do on board, including putt putt golf and an awesome water slide. We passed the day with hours by the pool in the hot sun. And now, I'm even more tan that I was before I left.
Oh - and Jason got me this AMAZING Stitch necklace. Isn't it so adorable? I'm glad my husband can find me weird things like this. Then we got a photo WITH STITCH!
