Just mix a corgi into your cocktail! No. Just Kidding.
Also this is a cocktail for an adult human. Not dogs. Do not feed this to your dog. Instead, give him/her/them a berry while you make yourself a drink
What You'll Need
1 Ounce London Gin (I got cheap stuff because the next ingredient is pricey)
1 Ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liquer
5-6 Blackberries
5-6 Raspberries
1/2 Lime
3 Leaves Fresh Mint
Crushed Ice
Start with an empty glass. Using a spoon, muddle the 10-12 berries together. Add in the mint leaves and muddle again. Finally add the juice of 1/2 a lime and mix.
I don't have an ice maker - if you are like me - make crushed ice by wrapping your ice cubes in a towel and smashing them with a meat hammer! Add the crushed ice to your drink. I used 2 cubes.
Corgis are adorable!!!!

ReplyDeleteThis is so very cute! I love all the Corgi themed stuff, it's not that often you can get non-hokey doggie merch. Thank you Olympics :).
ReplyDeleteThat cocktail looks so yummy! There is a gastropub down the street that serves what they call a St. Germaine. If the Corgi cocktail tastes like the St. Germaine you got yourself a winner!

This absolutely looks delicious right now! We never had pets growing up. I always wanted a dog but my Mom said it'd become solely her responsibility!
ReplyDeleteYay for corgi stuff! They are so cute!
ReplyDeleteThis post is absolutely adorable. I love corgis even more now. And those gifs are absolutely precious. Why can't I have my own corgi? Ahhhhhhhh! +mega swoon+ :)
ReplyDeleteThat rolling over corgi .gif is so cute and funny, hah! ;-)
ReplyDeleteCorgi's are just so adorable! Mixing drinks is also fun :) I had a required course before I graduated called Spirits & Mixology an at least once a week we got to mix drinks in class. It was hoot but the exam was so hard (we were given a random drink the day of the exam out of a selection of 50 and we had to attempt it without a recipe card yikes!) Wait what was my point? Oh this drink looks delicious :)

I didn't realize there were so many corgi-related things around. And how perfect for your blog! Hehe.
ReplyDeleteI wish they made a whole lot of pug-themed merchandise as well since I have a pug for a dog. You're lucky! The hype about corgis is so high right now. Love the idea of making your own corgi cocktail. So creative!

OBVIOUSLY I love this post! Corgis are so cute.... I need to send you a picture of the Corgi I had growing up. :) LOVE all this corgi stuff and I need to try this Corgi Cocktail...
ReplyDeleteSO FUNNY story about your blog name I always thought your blog was like Corgis and "Cocktails" like docked tails like corgis have... and that you liked alcoholic cocktails as well so it just went. ha-ha... this really made more sense when I thought it was pronounced "cocked" tails and not docked tails... but I guess I should have known cause "cocked" tails well just doesn't sound right. LOL.
anywhooooo and what type of corgi is Teemo? I always thought he was just a Cardigan corgi and not a Pembroke because he has a tail! :)
that is a lot of rambles about tails and me being a blond....

ReplyDeleteTeemo is Cuter than a real corgi! I must get a corgi... Or a mix of one. I think Akira would team up great with a corgi mix!
