Jackson

I wanted to let you all know that yesterday when I said 'my hairstylist left town' I meant that the 'girl I liked at the Great Clips hopefully got a better job but it's still out of town.' And going back home to get my hair done means 'I can't find anywhere around here that does it for under 40 dollars/does a good job, so I'm driving back home to go to my 20 dollar hair cut place.'

In short, I'm really embarrassing too guys. I had one hair dresser I loved, and she couldn't style hair, but she gave the best hair cuts ever. Anyhow, I really hate spending a lot of money on something I have to get cut a lot, and this pixie cut grows like crazy. Crazy. Crazy I tell you.

Today's outfit is inspired by wanting to be June Carter Cash. I adore her. And I seriously wish it wasn't raining out, but because it was, you get this little gem :

  4. This dress is so pretty and who cares about where you go?! With short hair, I think you'd go broke if you went to a real salon where they charge 40+ for a trim.

  6. A $20 haircut? Wow! Over here it's almost impossible to get a haircut (a nice haircut at least haha) for under $60! and I'm not going to start on what it costed me to get highlights after my "dyeing my hair at home disaster" haha ;)

  8. I'm still yet to find "my" hairdresser...so I keep trying new ones each time...needless to say, I've had some terrible cuts. You look adorable as always though! I really love that cardigan. The pattern is great!

  12. I hope you find a great hairstylist that can continue to give you the haircuts you want! It's hard to find a great one and I can't get a decent hair for under $80!

  13. This dress is really gorgeous, it looks great on you.
As a fellow short haired girl you should know that the fear of trimming your own bangs or sideburns (which is what I call that little tuff of hair that is in front of your ears) goes away eventually. I haven't been to a real hair stylist in years and cut my hair in the bathroom every couple months.
    Because I am a total cheap-skate.
